150 Kogites Get Entrepreneurial Empowerment.

CBN-EDC IN PARTNERSHIP WITH KOGI STATE GOVERNMENT UNDER THE SPECIAL ADVISER TO THE GOVERNOR ON YOUTH EMPOWERMENT, SPORTS AND STUDENT'S AFFAIRS, EMPOWERS 150 KOGITES IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAM
2nd December, 2017.

MD Eseyin The Special Adviser to Kogi State Governor on Youth Empowerment, Sports and Student's Affairs, today bided "Batch C" beneficiaries of the just concluded Central Bank of Nigeria; Entrepreneurship Development Center program a farewell as he charged them to put into serious practice what they have been empowered with.

According to MD Eseyin, now that the program is brought to an end after weeks of training, successful participants are expected to bring forward viable and feasible business plans (proposals) to the Central Bank of Nigeria; Entrepreneurship Development Center through the office of the Special Adviser which will help facilitate loans from Bank of Industry to enable successful participants bring their business plans into full actualization.

While appreciating the efforts of the CBN-EDC  Team for deeming it necessary to undertake this program in Kogi State, the Special Adviser on behalf of the Governor of Kogi State His Excellency Alh Yahaya Bello, pointed out that this step will go a long way in creating self confidence and reliance amongst Kogites particularly on the part of the beneficiaries of this wonderful program.

It is very much pertinent, I reveal fact that His Excellency Alh. Yahaya Bello is seriously working hard to making sure the tag of Kogi State being a Sole civil servants' state is broken and in achieving this, His Excellency is setting up structures to making sure Entrepreneurship  Programs are greatly sponsored in the state so that our promising youths will be positively engaged into meaningful and creative Entrepreneur activities in the state. Eseyin noted.

Furthermore, Eseyin charged the beneficiaries to cultivate the spirit of passion and dedication to any Entrepreneur activities they may have decided to develop interest in at the course of the program, emphasizing that the only way they can be very much Productive and successful is by being dedicated as they strive to achieve their dreams through the successful completion of this program.

It is highly encouraging to think big but it is also not out of point to start small for the journey to a successful business starts with one step at a time. The Special Adviser posited.

On behalf of His Excellency Alh Yahaya Bello, the Executive Governor of Kogi State, I bid you all a farewell as you complete your training today and I also wish you success in the aftermaths of this wonderful program.
