Elder Leke Abejide campaign team started the ward to ward tour since last week Thursday, starting from Yagba West to Mopamuro and not at Yagba East Local government Area Council.
Wards and communities visited includes Iye-Isanlu, Ilotin, Odogbe, Ilafin, Oyi, Ido, Idofin, Makutu ward 08, Itedo Makutu ward 07, Itedo-Iruda, Itedo-Amuro and Itedo Ijowa, Iye-Isanlu, Ilotin, Odogbe, Ilafin, Oyi, Ido, Idofin, Makutu ward 08, Itedo-makutu ward 07, Itedo-Iruda, Itedo-Amuro and Itedo Ijowa, Bagido Isanlu, Mopo Isanlu, Ogbom, Imela, Ejuku, Jege and Agimi.
Each Community and ward leaders show enormous appreciation to Elder Leke Abejide mostly for the payment of WAEC and Tuision fees for Yagba Students. They said the project is one of its kind and unprecedented in history.
Chief Owoeye, a Community leader and stakeholder in Yagba land thanked the good people of Iye community for coming out in large numbers to receive Elder Leke who has done so much for the development of Yagba land. Baba Owoeye in Ilafin community said Elder Leke Abejide remained the light and pride of Yagba Federal Constituency. He further said he has confidence Ilafin to deliver 100% votes for Elder Leke Abejide of ADC.
Also speaking, a political leader and stakeholder, Chief Dare thanked the good people of the community while also urged the community to support, pray and vote for ADC. In Bagido Isanlu, he said Elder Leke believed in truth and justice and remains the only candidate that will liberate Yagba Land from starvation and poverty.
He further introduced and handed over the party house of assembly candidate for Yagba East LGA, Hon. Sule Iroko to the people. At Ilafin-Isanlu, home of the House of Assembly Candidate, Elder Leke was welcomed with standing ovation and jubilation where the people of the community promised total support for all the party candidates in Yagba land.
The ADC candidate also visited all the communities traditional leaders and Royal Fathers to solicit for support and receive their royal blessings.
In Ido community, the representative of the traditional head requested provision of drinkable water to members of the community. At Takede Isao, the royal father oba Moses M.B. Babatola ilufemiloye gave his Royal Blessing to Elder Leke and equally demanded for the reconnection of Takete Isao Electricity supply.
While touring the wards, Elder Leke campaign team made a special visit to the office of Isanlu National Union of Road Transport Workers(NURTW), the union immediately gathered and drum support for Elder Leke Abejide while

At Itedo Ijowa, home town of Mrs. Abejide, wife of the ADC candidate, the people gave a standing ovation for Elder Leke and reassure him of their total support, Mrs. Abejide urge the people of her community to support her husband saying ‘’a vote for her husband is a support for her’’
The students of Takete Isao community secondary school and the people living in the community came out to show their support and appreciation to the ADC candidate.
Some of the students were holding placards with different inscription and write ups to reassure Elder Leke of total support, prayers and votes.
Chief Elesho of Jege community, while thanking the ADC candidate requested on behalf of the community, provision of electricity transformer and completion of the ongoing installation of communication network(Globacom) which is near completion.
Elder Leke Abejide while responding, he said his passion to develop Yagba land is unquenchable.
He said he has made provision for free vaccines and drugs for three hundred thousand(300,000) children and pregnant women across Yagba land.
‘’We have vaccines and drugs from oversees currently deposited at Isanlu General Hospital for 300,000 children within the age of 0-5 and pregnant women across Yagba. We are also going to train over 100,000 youths to administer these drugs to children and pregnant women immediately after our campaign and before the general election’’
To the women, Elder Leke said he will empower the women with interest free loan to support their businesses or start a new one.
He further told the royal fathers, community leaders and the people that the payment of WAEC fees for Yagba student is a five years planned project.
Elder Leke thanked Takede Isao traditional council and promised to look into the connection of the community electricity
He urged the good people of Takete Isao, Jege and Ejuku to support the power rotational arrangement in Yagba. The rotation arrangement on ground has been on exiting since ages and it’s for peace, unity and justice, he said. .
Thanking the good people of Jege community, he promised to repair the transformer for the community.
Finally he called on the people to vote all ADC candidates in Yagba land in the coming election.
