Ogidi-Omo Movement Celebrates Founder, Hon. Funsho Olumoko

 


In an impressive outting, the ovation of the Ogidi-Omo end of the year party wind close in hews of lots of exotic glowing sparks with incredibly compelling attractions, sensational aura in the tune of the musical rendition offered by Ibile Entertainment Band led by Cardinal.

Ogidi-Omo Movement World Wide sparks and spices it in a colourful glitz, holding down Ekinrin-Adde with an arousing mood to house-party drilling. 

Tuesday, December 26,  Hon. Funsho Olumoko's Compound in Ekinrin-Adde this time wore an illuminating look that was regal in all vibe and tone

The look into the arena magnificently gave an impression of an agora of the million stars of heaven, taking their turns in consistent blinks and twist to the oozing breezed of that ranging synchro to 'highlife,' and 'fuji' performance. Cardinal has started  treating guests to the crescendo of his  melodious "Ibile vibe".

The jibe continued to synchronize as major attraction, untill the arrival of the Ogidi-Omo's GCFR, the Garrison Commander himself and the founder of Ogidi-omo movement world wide, a pathfinder who by dint of hard work and unrivaled disposition have had his names carved on the golden slate of the Nigeria political space, the man of the moment - Hon. Funsho Olumoko came along with his diehard compatriots, Hon. Commissioner for Special Duty, Ismail Adesayo Yahaya, Special Adviser, Hon. Shuaibu Ipinmisho, Mr Felix Oloniyo, Tunde Olumoko, Martins Mejabi and other fellows in his entourage coming from Aiyegunle Gbedde Day celebration.



"It is with this immense joy and gratitude that Hon. Funsho Olumoko drifted into the show with his "world class Agbada" and "a slim shoe royale".

And was received by Ogidi-Omo in their infectious smiles, so the program bangs. The occasion is not only a celebration of the end of the year party but also a testament to the magnanimity of the benevolence and philanthropist of a broad-minded Ogidi-omo himself, Hon. Funsho Olumoko who in his sheer profidence, consistency and honesty has been rated by the government of the day

Recognizing this discernment, goodwill messages and accolades were sprouting and pouring as alot were been said to honour this enigmatic creature, Hon. Funsho. 

Among those who gave a smack of a characteristics taste were Hon. Commissioner for Special Duty, Hon. Ismail Adesayo Yahaya; Special Adviser to Governor Yahaya Bello, Hon. Ipinmisho; Dr. Hellen; Youths President of the Group, Chairman of the group. All of which eulogized the virtue of great leadership they have in Hon. Funsho Olumoko.

Hon. Ismail Adesayo who estimated the value of Hon. Funsho with a particular reference to the last election in which APC won, said "Oga" has done tremendously well in Kogi West despite having about three other political contestants from the axis. He thank Hon. funsho Olumoko for his resilience and focus, adding that Okun has a dependable leader in him. He urged the people to give Hon. Funsho a rallying strength as they have been doing.

In her key note, Dr. Hellen, PhD., said is consistent, available and will never lie. According to the university don, Hon. Olumoko is a unique being who his act of philanthropism has a dint in many lives, urged Ogidi-omo members to emulate his character.

Madam "Cool Temper" render her  gratitude, appreciating God for His unwavering faithfulness to Hon. Funsho Olumoko.

The occasion which served as a harbinger of continued unity, prosperity, and shared accomplishments for Ogidi-omo movement world wide, Hon. Funsho Olumoko when making his remarks, express his inner most joy, first of all acknowledged the sacrificial role his mother - (Mrs Comfort Olumoko who JP) played in his life. Took to memory lane, Hon. Funsho emotionally reel out the journey of his life starting from his secondary school, describing the gesture extended and the investment into his future by his mother in the face of hard economic reality in those days as what paid off today. He thank and prayed thunderously for his mother, Mrs Comfort Olumoko (aka, Mama Festac) for standing by him always. He therefore, seriously urged mothers to stay by their children even in times of difficulties.

He further reassured his commitment to continue speaks for the youth, especially the unemployed youths that flooded around him. According to him, he has spoken with Mr. Lanre Ipinmisho, the former NDLEA boss, who graced the occasion as the chairman to help in the area of employment and his promised to help when next recruitment exercise is out.

He said, the lives our youth is consistently being threatened by the intake of hard drugs and liquor. He warned the youth to shun hard drugs and focus on their future, nothing that he will never be of any assistance if the government apprehend anybody for taking hard drugs.

On the final note, Hon. Olumoko thanks Ogidi-omo for their unwavering support during the last election that gave APC victory. This is our government, you have worked for it and it is time to eat the fruit of your labour. Don't allow any seed of discord now that God has done it, it is an act of the devil, he said to his supporters, encouraging them to continue to be firm, promising them the new government will be pay them for the hard work.

However, the curtain of the event was drew with prayers for continued unity, love and more enviable progress, as music ovation started and the members slogging it out with their dancing steps.
