Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), today expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to serve the party in the past year.
Marking his one-year anniversary in office, Meseko thanked God for His guidance and strength.
In a statement released to the press, Meseko also appealed to Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu as he navigates the challenges facing the nation. He acknowledged the current economic difficulties but emphasized the President's commitment to addressing them.
"We are all aware of the challenges facing our nation, but I want to assure Nigerians that President Tinubu is working tirelessly to address them," Meseko said. "He is a man of vision and integrity, and I have no doubt that he will deliver on his promises."
A number of decisions taken so far by the President is a precursor of brighter times ahead for Nigerians. These include:
The Students Loan scheme,
Local Government autonomy,
Extensive road infrastructure development across the country,
Several interventions to alleviate poverty and empower the indigent,
Establishment of the North-West and South-East Development Commissions, Local Government Autonomy and massive investments in
Agriculture among others.
The APC's Deputy Scribe urged Nigerians to see the present situation as that of a pregnant woman in labour who must go through pain and when delivered of the baby, relief and joy follows. He expressed optimism that very soon, Nigerians will begin to reap the benefits of various policies of President Bola Tinubu as the nation will enter into a dawn of prosperity.
Meseko further urged Nigerians to support the President's efforts and work together to build a better future for the country. He emphasized the importance of unity and cooperation in overcoming the challenges ahead.
