The National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) Isanlu branch in Yagba East kogi state has drum support for Elder Leke Abejide, ADC candidate for house of representatives election.
The campaign team storm the NURTW office Wednesday in Isanlu at the ongoing ward to ward campaign tour in Yagba East, the general chairman mother branch of the transport workers Elder Folorunsh Tayo assures the ADC candidate of their enormous support towards his aspiration, while giving his address, he thanked him for not underestimating the transport workers, he said he has shown another dimension of humility.
He said the Asuwaju of Alu, Leke Abejide has been a source of blessing, he has always been supporting them and has never let them down at any point, therefore they will not take him for granted rather they are ready to support him till victory is ascertained. They are also ready to join his campaign team .
Olori Adetiba also speak on behalf of the market women in support of the NURTW chairman that they are not going to let Leke Abejide down but they will rally round him.
Olori said Leke should not forget to empower the market women just like he had helped them to pay their children's school and WAEC fees.
Elder Leke greeted them all, furthermore he said since he can't achieve every thing alone, therefore he needs their votes, support and prayers to deliver effective representation at the green chambers.
