Kogi Guber: Attah Igala Blesses Accord Party Candidate, Muhammed Abdullahi(Elephant) as he tours 21 LGAs

The ancient city of Idah in Kogi State today was a beehive of festivities and merriments as the towns people came out in their thousands to welcome ACCORD PARTY gubernatorial candidate PRINCE MUHAMMED ABDULLAHI A.K.A ELEPHANT and his gubernatorial campaign team led by the state Chairman of ACCORD PARTY  Hon. Alhassan Adakeke.

The mammoth crowd of supporters and party faithfuls, which started from Okpacahlla all the way to the Palace of HRM the ATTAH OF IGALA was a memorable sight to behold, women, children, youths and even traditional masquerade were on display to add colour to the occasion giving PRINCE MUHAMMED ABDULLAHI and his entourage a befitting welcome to Idah town.

While at the Palace PRINCE MUHAMMED ABDULLAHI and his entourage were giving a grand reception as Palace drummers and singers announced his entry with memorable traditional tunes and drums. Present at the Palace to receive them were the chiefs and clan heads under the ATTAH.

We given permission to come before the presence of HRM. the ATTAH OF IGALA KINGDOM. PRINCE MUHAMMED ABDULLAHI presented the customary kolanut and wine, which he HRM accepted and giving permission to him to speak. While making his address  ELEPHANT expressed his gratitude and appreciation to his HRM for granting him audience at such a short notice, and also his handling of affairs in IGALA KINGDOM since his ascension to the throne.

On his part HRM expressed openly his excitement to meeting PRINCE MUHAMMED ABDULLAHI and also advising him not to give up on his aspiration to become Governor of Kogi State. HRM. ATTAH MICHAEL IDAKWO also voiced his admiration for ELEPHANT because of his wisdom in choosing PRINCESS ROSELINE IBITOYE as running mate, because the voter register in Kogi State shows that there are more women voters, hence his choosing a woman as deputy is laudable and worthy of emulation.
Finally HRM. gave PRINCE MUHAMMED ABDULLAHI A.K.A ELEPHANT his royal and fatherly blessings for his governorship aspirations.

After leaving the palace ACCORD PARTY GUBERNATORIAL CAMPAIGN COUNCIL team made a stop over at the party's office where PRINCE MUHAMMED ABDULLAHI and his running mate PRINCESS ROSELINE IBITOYE addressed party faithfuls urging them to remain steadfast in their support for the ACCORD PARTY while assuring them of his readiness to empower them so to ensure victory in the polls on November 16th.
