Jubilation As Ogidi Development Association to hold Annual General Meeting Dec. 26th.

The apex Social Cultural Group In Ogidi-Ijumu Local Government Area of Kogi State, Ogidi Development Association(ODA) has slated 26th December 2019 to hold her Annual General Meeting(AGM).


The event will hold at St. John’s primary school Ogidi by 10:00Am and will be under the Chairmanship of Mr & Mrs O.S Thomas.


Guest speakers include Oluotun Oba Joseph Alamoh and Chief R.O Oloka.

Topic of discussion for the year 2019 will be "Origin and history of Ogidi Kingdom"

Reception shall follow at ODA Presidential villa at Olorunshogo quarters Ogidi Ijumu.

There will also be a lot of cultural display and entertainment as the event serves to create another opportunity for members of the community who are not residing in Kogi to meet, discuss and deliberate on ways to move the community forward.

Guest Artiste will be Oris Music while Special Guests include Chief APS Arogundade, Mr. Femi Oloruntoba, Rt.Rev.Olarewaju Ojo, Mr.Dele Kinrin, Chief Gabriel Olupeka, Mr.Akinola Kolawole, Prof.Mrs Funlola Alabi, Mrs Esther Ologe, Chief Fehinti Dada, Arc. Tunde Balogun, Chief Joseph Baiyegunsi, Chief Felix Tayo, Mrs Adunola Adenle, Pastor Segun Ogbonnewo and Mr.Femi Olowo and Dr.Olarewaju Ilesanmi fca.

All ODA members nationwide shall come together to discuss and rob minds on how to better develop the community and improve on its social economic conditions.

Indegenes which includes students, artisan, farmers, civil servants, captain of industries and community leaders shall be present across all ogidi community quarters
