No PDP members will be part of Bello's 2nd term cabinet-Dep. Gov

Kogi State Deputy Governor, Edward Onoja has reassure members of All Progressive Congress, APC in Kogi State of getting the appropriate reward for their effort in ensuring that Governor Yahaya Bello gets reelected for a second term.

He revealed this in his response to the mixed reactions generated from the dissolution of some of the political appointees in the State earlier today.

The deputy Governor said its normal for a cabinet to be dissolved and reconstituted for the benefit of all but that PDP will not be part of the yet to be reconstituted cabinet.

The statement also mocked Senator Dino Melaye who recently lost out to Sen. Smart Adeyemi of APC, the exit of a senator can't be compare to the exit of some appointees who still have hope of getting reappointed with higher responsibilities.

He wrote "It’s a normal practice to wind down a tenure by dissolving the Team and Cabinet. It’s a global practice. Why is that of Kogi looking like life’s been lost.

There will be reconstitution and it’s definitely not going to be by PDP Members or their hangers on. Can you compare the exit of a Senator to SSA n SA with hope of either same or higher position? Use you brains". 🧠
